Laugh and Your health

Function of a Kidney to filter 40 gallon of blood day that is approxmately 14,000 gallons a year.

Size of a sperm is 0.05mm, there are approx 1.7B sperm in one ejaculation.

Skin is our largest organ that can shield our body and protect us from attack of Sperm, bacteria and some virus, but when we get other skin becomes less elastic and soft and reduce the shielding effect.

We are strong, a man is strongest when he is 35 years old, and his bone can stand up to 21 adults’ weight without any breakage.

There are approx 49 germs per square inch the toilet board, where as there are 21,000 germs on the key board and your office desk. Is that Scary?

We have 3 million pores on our skin to respirate, sweat and adjust the temperature of our body.

50 Years old man’s Lung has less 40% capacity as he was in 25 years old.

When we get old say 50 years, 50% of the man has grey hair, and approx. 50% get bald.

This is no way that we can control the natural aging, exercise can maintain certain level of lubricating on our joints, lung and heart, maintain certain elasticity on our muscle.

But one thing we can control is Laugh, we laugh we have to cooperate 312 pieces of muscles in order to laugh and it pushes in aired into our lung. Many Scientific test proves that Laugh can prolong life and make us younger! believe?

Afghanistan Custom

In Afghanistan, women customarily walked 5 paces behind their husbands.

Despite the overthrow of the oppressive Taliban regime, the women seem to, and are happy to maintain the old custom.

A Westerner approached one of the Afghani women and asked, 'Why do you seem happy with an old custom that you once tried so desperately to change?'

The woman without hesitation said,"Land Mines!"

Three Cases of Reversed Role

First Reversed Role
We have seen a lot of reversed role on China and USA and China and Hong Kong!
Why do I say so,,,, USA is a typical successful experimenter of Capitalist of many years and China has been an honest followers of Communism until September 2008 that Lehman Brothers melt down and collapsed. Chinese people has save habit and USA is almost zero Saving before The Lehman Brothers, after that Crisis, USA people is trying to save up more money and China has less saving as before. Probably due to the gigantic stimulus plan that Wen had exercised to support the economic growth target for 8% GPD in 2009. Some economic analyst saying that China has becoming capitalist and American are migrating from Capitalist to Communist!

Second Reversed Role
Day before yesterday there was a serious traffic accident that a mini bus crashed with a bus and the bus was not able or stop until 20 meters of the pedestrian rail had been smashed and stopped the mini bus moving further, with more than 20 people waiting for bus just like the Bowling pins were hit and wrecked. Two of the ladies were immediate killed and many of the injuries were sent to hospital, Amongst them there was a 26 years old lady who was unable to stop bleeding., It was wired to hear about as hospital operator asked the bleeding girl father for cash of HKD$21,000.00 for issuing prescription of a medication FACTOR VIIA to stop the blood! This is inhumane and unacceptable at all. Who told you to ask for money when people are caught in a life and death situation?
This is a shock to me as I though this kind of madness request was only happened in some dog hospital in China. Well this is another revere role between Hong Kong and China.

Third Reverse role, in 2018, The Shanghais middle classes family would have employed US house keepers and many of the Philippines family would have recruitedd an Hong Kong domestic helper… This is the third reverse of role!

Dental Care and Cancer!

Further to my life calculator, some one question asked me why if we uses dental floss would add 1-2 years to our life.

As you may not aware that dental hygiene is very important to our health. According to Times magazine 2004 had mentioned the invisible killer is the periodontal diseases are closely related to pancreas cancer and cardinal disease!

If we had periodontal diseases, that will have high 1.5 times having stroke than the other, and 64% having chance to get pancreas cancer, higher change to have premature baby and lighter baby.

With a close link established between osteoporosis and periodontal disease, similar treatment and management of the disease might minimize tooth loss and the destruction of the alveolar (jaw) bone," reported Palomo. By Case Western Reserve University,

So make up your mind to take care on your teeth hygience.
I have been used to clean my teeth 5 times a day since I was secondary school student.

Early in the morning, I clean once more thoroughly.
After breakfast, one more time lightly
After lunch if possible clean one time Medium work
After dinner one time and clean your teeth thorough before going to bed!
Gargle thoroughly and rinse completely with water as toothpaste contain some minor toxic substance that will not kill you in day , but harmful for your body!

Use Dental floss wax one as Recommended by Hong Kong Top Dentist TC Ng as the wax will cover the tooth which by the tooth paste active ingredients such as fluoride or xylitol can not protect that area for removal of disease gingivitis.

Man, A lot of knowledge on teeth!

David Carradine

BANGKOK - Much like the character that made him famous, David Carradine was always seeking, both spiritually and professionally, his life forever intertwined with the Shaolin priest he played in the 1970s TV series "Kung Fu." In fact Bruce Lee was one of the candidates under consideration for the cast for that TV series. This was one of the favourite TV programme on every Tuesday on Redifussion TV Hong Kong at that time.

Just as the character, Kwai Chang Caine, roamed the 19th Century American West, Carradine spent his latter years searching for the path to Hollywood stardom, accepting low-budget roles while pursuing interests in Asian herbs, exercise and philosophy, and making instructional videos on tai chi and other martial arts.

Carradine was found dead Thursday 4 June 2009 in Thailand. The 72-year-old actor appeared to have hanged himself in a suite at the luxury Swissotel Nai Lert Park Hotel, said Lt. Teerapop Luanseng, the officer responsible for investigating the death.

Police is still under investigation on the case, and I do hope David Carradine can rest peacefully and had his heart falls in calm and tranquility forever!

I love You!

•English: I Love You
•Spanish: Te Amo
•French: Je T'aime
•German: Ich Liebe Dich
•Japanese: Ai Shite Imasu
•Italian: Ti Amo
•Chinese :Wo Ai Ni
•Swedish: Jag Alskar Dig
•Thai :Prom Luk Khun
•Cantonese: Ngo Oil Lei
•Lithuanian: As Tave Meliu

How many types of "I Love You" you can manage to understand from these dialogues?

Well, Many Hong Kong people can understand most of them. But in Actual fact, Hong Kong people is very conservative in speaking "I love You?" to farther, mother, wife, Sister and Brother.
Why? Traditionally Hong Kong students had been rasied not to disclose his feelig to the people, youngsters are taught not to beleive to any stranged in order to protec themselevs for being cheated, try to be a decent people not to get too close to other people? Gradually, this slowly build up a wall between freinds, and even parents? And they would like to keep all his thoughts and kind of appreciation to some others who is good to them in Heart!
But as for myself I alway say this to my Mother and ...daughters...and al my loved one "I Love You!"

Try to make use of the chances to speak up "I love you!" to the one you love before you regret!

Competition and Happiness

Old saying said “Comparisons are odious”!

For an instance you are one of the CEO of a company and you want to compare the performance of previous CEO, you would feel that you would under pressure if you could not achieve the sale revenue of the previous CEO, and do not ignore that the case may not be the same, the economy situation may not be as good as the previous time.

So why do you insist on comparing? Or competing with him?
You can live happily in this competitive world only if you are not competitive.
I am trying to say that as people all over the world are violence, there are wars. Once there is competition, there will be violence as competition is every essence of Violence.

A training started from the time you was a kid, you was a clever boy in the class, you were the best student in the school, you beat all other students in all subject because you are good in making high marks in examination. The Principle loved you a you were the best student, perfect student in the school! But do not forget that you will be spoiled by the teachers and principle. How about all other student, are they not worth anything because they are not as good as you?

Our distorted education system is trying to scripture a perfect student by looking at the marks only.

Our whole social structure is base on competition, and we accept it as inevitable.
When we graduated, got job in a company, especially we involved a big business, say that the more you complete the better work you produce. As we lost order to our competitors, you would be the first one to be blamed by your boss!

We will try to look at it at different perspective looking into the world of competition.

If you your job and do will do far better work in your job, then you will not complete. You will focus your work with passion in order to have more sales order, and more commissions. You will do you job as well as you can and with all your energy because you love what you do.

Some European schools had conducted experiment, they found that if the student do not complete. When they love what he is studying or doing without looking at the marks. He studies better and learns faster.

Competition does not produce intelligence, I does not product knowledge, at best it products sharpness and cunning, so that when the student go out in the world, he could possibly “Put something over” on other people. And they beautifies it so call “ Street Smart”!

To have peace in the world, you yourself must be peaceful, to live happily in the world, and you have to be happy. To live happily in this competitive society you yourself must cease to be competitive.

If you love you work, you will not care who is ahead of you, who is behind of you, who is going to get a big bonus whatsoever more than what you have. You will not care when the boss will give you a raise or promotion.

Instead you would likely felling freely to work with more time and thought of goodwill in your work, you will not try to get order by hurting your colleagues, you will not make dirty trick in order to conclude the order.

You will find yourself having fun in work as you will not have fear in hurting people, you will not have worry that you will lose order because of not using dirty trick, and may not be having a promotion in next review! No, you will not think about it, instead you will find that you are not standing in current of the competition, as you do not see competing at all. You will see that yourselves are the only competition!

However you will understand that intelligence comes only we too are free from fear, not when you are disciplines, fighting and competing with violence.

Let’s ignore the current competition focus and work out result with all your effort, I believe the result can be more fruitful!

A trip to Rome!

A woman was at her hairdresser's getting her hair styled for a trip to Rome with her husband.

She mentioned the trip to the hairdresser, who responded: " Rome ? Why would anyone want to go there? It's crowded and dirty.. You're crazy to go to Rome.

So, how are you getting there?"
"We're taking Continental," was the reply.

"We got a great rate!" "Continental?" exclaimed the hairdresser. " That's a terrible airline.
Their planes are old, their flight attendants are ugly, and they're always late.
So, where are you staying in Rome ?"

"We'll be at this exclusive little place over on Rome 's Tiber River called Teste."

"Don't go any further. I know that place. Everybody thinks its gonna be something special and exclusive, but it's really a dump.." "We're going to go to see the Vatican and maybe get to see the Pope." "That's rich," laughed the hairdresser. "You and a million other people trying to see him. He'll look the size of an ant. Boy, good luck on this lousy trip of yours. You're going to need it!"

A month later, the woman again came in for a hairdo. The hairdresser asked her about her trip to Rome .

"It was wonderful," exclaimed the woman.
"Not only were we on time in one of Continental's brand new planes, but it was overbooked, and they bumped us up to first class. The food and wine were wonderful, and I had a handsome 28-year-old steward who waited on me hand and foot.
"And the hotel was great! They'd just finished a $5 million remodeling job, and now it's a jewel, the finest hotel in the city. They, too, were overbooked, so they apologized and gave us their owner's suite at no extra charge!"

"Well," muttered the hairdresser, "that's all well and good, but I know you didn't get to see the Pope."

"Actually, we were quite lucky, because as we toured the Vatican, a Swiss Guard tapped me on the shoulder, and explained that the Pope likes to meet some of the visitors, and if I'd be so kind as to step into his private room and wait, the Pope would personally greet me. "Sure enough, five minutes later, the Pope walked through the door and shook my hand!

I knelt down and he spoke a few words to me."

"Oh, really! What'd he say ?"

"He said: 'Who f**ked up your hair?'"
