Jacqueline Saburido

This young lady was recently on Oprah and what a loving, forgiving young woman she is ! An amazing story of what she has suffered and will bear the rest of her life.
This is Jacqueline Saburido on September 19, 1999 ..

The car in which Jacqueline traveled. She was hit by another car that was driven by a 17-year old male student on his way home after drinking a couple of hard packs with his friends.
Jacqueline was caught in the burning car and her body was heavily burnt during around 45 seconds.
After the accident Jacqueline has needed over 40 operations.
Now 20 years old, he cannot forgive himself for driving drunk on that night three years ago.
Let's make as many people as we can aware of the consequences of drinking & driving.

Remind your kid for safe driving especially in Christmas, New Year... Do you still remember a drunken Lorry driver killed 6 men coming from 6 families in a taxi to work just before the Chinese new year... Who Can forgive him! Who will forgive you if you had drunk and caused the accident to kill someone' father or brother? Don't drink when you drive!

7 Dangerous Acts after meal

1*) Don't smoke- Experiment from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes. From my life calculator indicating that it is equivalent of 5 years life reduction.

2*) Don't eat fruits immediately - Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruit 1-2 hr after meal or 1 hour before meal.

3*) Don't drink cold drink after meal – The cold water will solidify the fat in the food and gradually would be causing hard to digest, the residues of such food would change to some kind of toxin material, eventually the chance of getting caner is very high.

4*) Don't loosen your belt - Loosening the belt after a meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted & blocked.

5*) Don't bathe - Bathing after meal will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs & body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestion in our stomach.

6*) Don't walk about - People always say that after a meal walk a hundred steps and you will live till 99. In actual fact this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake.

7*) Don't sleep immediately - The food we intake will not be able to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric & infection in our intestine.
